Repair Carpentry Framing in 06114

The project went well. They were able to install a new joist in the basement. I would have liked a tighter fit along side the old joist but i'm not sure it was possible due to the stud. Overall it was a great experience working with this company. They were professional, on time, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I will be having them come back to do some other work that i have planned.

Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 06042

We have completed the work, overcoming issues of code and zoning as well as ineptitude on the part of suppliers who were tardy in replacing damaged goods or incorrectly completing Don's extra materials requests. Don and his crew were meticulous; a next-door neighboor of mine who understands the trades told me:"You don't find this quality of work often. Look at how everything fits perfectly." Don went the extra mile in resetting existing beams that had been shoddiliy constructed by the original builder, and then spend a full afternoon creating fillers that would match the level of the new deck. The final product is well-worth the price.
