We are very happy with AIS. They did a great job. AIS arrived on time and finished in a timely manner, they were nice and professional. The only thing I would advise is to give the customer a little more info before you start the job, maybe a brochure. Let the customer know things like the water will be turned off, need to secure pets, will be connecting to the breaker box, fence may stay open, what forms of payment will be excepted, etc. Just explain what you will be doing and what is expected of the homeowner. People want to be in the know. No surprises.

We had a very good experience with EcoFoam. Roofers are a not always responsive or responsible, but this company is clearly an exception. The foam is working very well for us and we have a good, 10-year leak warranty from Eco Foam. The company was thorough about checking under the roof for any bad spots prior to applying the foam. The foam application was simple and a lot less messy and more eco-friendly than tearing the old roof apart and throwinig it in a dumpster. The surface is not entirely flat, due to the nature of the product, but water flows down our flat roof and evaporates appropriately from it. I very highly recommend this company
