Sam Million was worth his weight in GOLD! He ws so good and honest with us. He gave us an estimate and then got into it and realized the way we were hoping to patch and do surface fixes was not going to look good. So he re-did it all! I was waiting for the jump in price since he had done so much more and had to double the amount of paint to buy, but he said that he is a man of his word and just wanted the job done right. He was VERY trustworthy! I would hire him again. In fact I would make up work for him to do just so he can come over again! My advice: HIRE THIS ONE!!!
