I have been spoiled rotten!! This was the first time I have ever contracted work to be done on my condo. I chose Michael Parkes, Manager of KandO Painting to work on my condo because, well, he ultimately offered the best price for my budget and I made the right choice. My place looks beautiful. He and his team arrived on time and stayed busy to the end of their day. They did a great job and I am especially pleased at all the extra tasks Michael Parkes readily took on, that went far beyond my initial work request. He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients and does a spectacular job. I am so pleased to say KandO does outstanding work.
