referred to North Coast by a co-worker who had used their services. Were quick to call for an appointment. They looked over my situation, asked alot of questions and made it clear what they would and could do. i had NO IDEA about price for and with their quote, it seemed reasonable. I had called Home Depot to have them out to compare to. Their price was over double and they weren't planning to do anything more than blow in insulation. Their lead time was also way out. My overall experience was very,very good. Workers worked in quite cold weather and kept on working. My furnace goes on every hour instead of every 15 minutes - that's proof.

They were very knowledgable about insulation and suggested extraneous portions of the attics that could get to. When we contacted one of the other companies who gave us an estimate, and asked about the extras suggested by North Coast, their reply was, "We just blow."

Jim Myers was very helpful and informative in every way. He provided an itemized quote and later added on some additional requests. He was here at the beginning of the work and stayed to ensure that all was going according to plan. The work went somoothly and was performed to our satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. The areas were left clean. We are very pleased with the attic stair insulated cover as well and can really feel the difference!
