Agent who came out to bid was very professional, however, may have been too busy when later contacted to follow through on: PSE rebate was not prepared, probably because he was uncertain how much it would be. I would have liked the bill to be worked up for both options as they expected full payment upon completion, and he did not send along batt insulation as requested by me on the phone. I wanted that option if it would have been possible.
The installers were great. They were patient and professional.

The Technicians were very easy to get along with. We had both more insulation blown into the attic and ducting insulation in the crawl space redone. The estimator had previously found some problems with the ducting which was great because we were partly heating up the crawl space. Puget Sound Energy actually helped pay for part of the bill thru there Insulation Program.
