Robert installed a ceiling below my current ceiling for soundproofing reasons.
He is excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, clear and clean. He installed the ceiling in one day and cleaned up everything after. He's very easy to communicate with and walks you through every step of the process. I'm having him install a second ceiling in a different room because he made the process painless. Probably the best contractor I've worked with to date.

Rob Delaney came to look over the job of soundproofing my bedroom ceiling and talk about what type noise problem I was trying to eliminate. I live in a condo in a converted 120 year old house. The room above my bedroom has a high pitched squeak from the wood floors and I would be awoken every night when owner got home from her night job. Evidently this is a common problem with old wood floors. Rob went above and beyond when he realized that my ceiling was also bouncing (canĀ’t think of a better way to describe it) in that area every time the floor above was walked on and creating this high pitch squeak.
