Repair a Solar Water Heater System in 02910
I no sooner hit enter on my keyboard and the phone was ringing. Others outside of service magic took days to get back to me. (All In One was the only pro recommended for the job through Service Magic). JR is the man, and the only person I have spoken to within the company. Very professional, prompt, considerate, and cleans up after himself. He made recommendations to my tank purchase, gave me a quote, (I thought quote was a bit pricy, twice what I expected but All In One was the only pro to want the job) and he started the project the following Monday. (tank was stainless steel and had to be ordered) The only issue I had with the installation of my solar water tank was JR not being familiar with my control system. I had to pay extra for a control part that was not compatable with my system. I purchased the correct part on my own and told JR that I would install it myself, he even offered to help. The guys worked hard to compete the job in one day, but unfortunately a temp/psi combo gauge was also needed but could not be aquired until the following day. I was notified to everything that was going on including times that they had to leave for fittings and misc. parts. I was even notified in the event that they became tied up. JR goes the extra mile to please. I would not hesitate to hire him again when needed. (It's always something) If I didn't know better, I would have thought that JR owned the company. He seems to care that much. Great customer relations. Yesterday I sent out two emails to Peter Palumbo explaining the non compatable part issue, but have not received a response as yet; it's only been one day. I called JR directly to give him the heads up about the part and we made arrangements for reimbursment of the non compatable one. Great job overall. Thank you JR (ALL IN ONE PLUMBING AND HEATING)

Excellent company! Peter and his crew are amazing.
Super nice and super dedicated, had my heat up and running in a couple hours, on the night of a New England blizzard!
Had difficulty getting them back to my house to work on my water heater with the blizzard, and once they did get to my house they did not have everything they needed, so they had to come back another day. Very perisistent though and would not leave until the job was done.
Came around Christmas time and the whole crew wore Santa hats.
A bit pricey, but considering the ALL the work they, it's in line with others. When the boiler and tank go, I'll call them for the job

Peter and Peter were on their way Christmas shopping when they got my call. All I had to say was I have no heat and as we were awaiting 12 inches or more of snow, to say I was a bit concerned is putting it mildly. They came to my house on their way- on a Saturday. They were my angels that day as we had no heat. Later when the pilot went out again they came back over and were there in 5 minutes
