He immediately told me what the service call cost would be and informed me that he would have to see the specifics of the problem to give me a price. He showed up within the time specified, completed the work within 10 to 15 minutes, and only charged me cost of the service call. Jerry was very friendly and I got the sense that he is a very honest businessman. Would recommend him to anyone.
