Jim is extremely competent and friendly. Worked with me for hours to figure out how to do the solar hot water system and radiant heat and didn't strangle me when I decided it was too costly, but rather helped me order parts for a tankless heater and installed that instead. He and his helper worked straight through to get the job done.

Installation of the Solar Thermal (water heating via solar panels) went well. However, I still have minor leaks in the following areas; external thermostat, cold water inlet, and hot water outlet.
Sales Representative was knowledgable and install crew was efficient, follow-up has been problematic.

These guys try hard to make the customer happy.
I had a very demanding plumbing job, problems with difficult access for pipes, new faucets failing and replacement parts having to be altered in order to fit. They worked through it all with the patience of saints. They like to use a new type of plumbing (PEX) which is still kind of unknown and I think that proves they are willing to accept new technologies and aren't stuck in the past.
I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
