The person who worked on my boiler was very professional and worked hard from late afternoon until about 10 pm to get my unit working.
It was, however, VERY expensive. While I appreciated the hard work and the good job, I think the rates were about twice as high as I would have paid had I been able to get other bids. I was without heat on the coldest week of the year and had no choice. The customer service interaction was without fault.

Repair or Install Gas Piping in 98006
They were prompt and found another leak that the Gas Company didn't. The leak they found was worse than the one I called about and we could have been in real danger from it. The pipe was only finger tight going to the gas dryer. The leak the Gas Company found was at the junction box. We were very pleased with cost and service.

Washington Plumbing was very prompt in contacting me following my overnight posting on my need for a plumber. I had water pipes for garden hose freeze in both the basement and the garage, leaking water.
Washington Plumbing charges an upfront fee of $59 + taxes to dispatch a plumber to your house. They are open and clear about this. I still think such - typical - business market is high customer-unfriendly and clearly looking into locking customer in a captured market as once you've paid that fee you're not really willing to shop around to get competitive offers.
They said on the phone our plumber - Jeff - happens to be in the neighborhood..
