They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment immediately and arrived on time for the job. The estimate that I received was well within expected price range and the service was excellent. The service man explained thoroughly the process and also explained how to get the most years from my air conditioner. He did not try to sell me a new air conditioner. Another quote I received from a competitor was at twice and seemed as if they were telling me the air conditioner was not in good condition etc. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing based on price, service and level of knowledge.

I had my first experience last month. Steve was the plumber. Was here in one hour. Fixed the problem. Nice guy.
I had my second experience with Preferred Plumbing last night and today. My rating explanation will be addressed when I received the request for rating. Not a good experience.
