They came a day earlier than scheduled (after calling first) which was nice to get it done but I had wanted them to come Friday so my husband could be home. Overall, service was professional but once the cooling season really starts we will see if the a/c is working well. Last summer it was not cooling the house but Ken said everything looked fine.
