We are still in the bidding process of our project. However, I give 5 Stars to the communication skills and response of (MItch Smith at Technology Builders). His price is high at this point compared to others. Still waiting on other bids to come in before making our final decision.

Our project was to replace an existing built-in refrigerator(725lbs.) with a new one (660lb.) Our major concern was to move the fridges in a tight space around an island. Mitch came out the afternoon before our installation date to check out the dimensions of the new fridge and also to address our concern. He even asked to take the owner's manual home to study so he could be ready for the job the next day! We are very impressed by his enthusiasm on a small job like ours. He is friendly, courteous and very professional. He cleaned up the area after he was done with his job. Highly recommended! Judy C.

Hire a Handyman in 94521
I'm A veteran on disability. I have been dreaming for years about building a 20'x10' metal patio. I used my income tax funds to buy
a patio kit on-line. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! All 517 pounds arrived
with about 500 pieces. I selected Mr Smith at Technology Builders because he requested the website, item/product info in advance.
He downloded the 27 page manual and pre-constructed the 6
concrete footer boxes for the 6 post in advance. The Store said
4 - 6 hours for a novice. It took Mr Smith 3 (9 hour) days. I got
tired watching him work. I'm on my laptop, siting at my bar, under
my metal patio and looking at Mt Diablo at this very moment:)
