The project was to grade and sod a nightmare of a 50'x50', fenced in backyard. After 3 years of no grass, uneven surface, too include plentiful trenches caused by heavy rains, I decided "enough was enough." I came across ServiceMagic's web site by way of surfing for solutions. ServiceMagic referred Live Oak Landscaping and they provided a free estimate. I felt the estimate was completely reasonable for the project at hand. We had an oversized trampoline that required moving prior to start. They moved it for us, completed the project in 2 days while my wife and I was at work, and left everything in its original configuration, on time.

Patrick Stinson, the owner of PS Designs, called me immediately after I submitted a request to Service Magic. He made arrangements to meet me that very day to discuss our landscaping needs. His work crew started the job the following day, and it was completed yesterday after several days of rain. Our lawn looks fabulous!
