The service was very good. I needed a crank part for my window that was not easily found in \stores and had to be ordered. Mr. Alciati ordered the part and called back once it was in to install. He also changed a few other window parts on other windows and they work better then new.

It was a great experience. I called to have 1 window replaced- he picked it up that day, fixed it over a holiday weekend, and brought it back to my house, all for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.
