John with Jet Glass was very prompt in his call back by phone and in getting this measured & scheduled. I don't know if this is typical, but there was some risidual glass and styrofoam left behind on the glass window. Once the glue dried, i had to go around with an exacto blade to remove all the blobs of glue and peices of styrofoam sticking out from the inside part of the glass. It just looked tacky and unfinished like that when the curtain was open so I had to finish & clean it up myself.
