Tammy from Kauffman Glass and Mirror called me within just minutes of my registering here and Brian was at my house 2 hrs later and got my door to lock. He said I did not need new doors, instead he made an appointment (at my convenience) for Laura to come back to replace the rollers on both doors. Now they lock again and glide with one finger !!!! Everyone at Kauffman is the utmost of professionals. Do not hesitiate to get them to do even your little repairs.

Kauffman called me immediately after submitting my online inquiry on a Saturday afternoon. Brian Kauffman explained what he believe caused my sliding glass door problem over the phone and the possible solutions. He committed to fixing my problem the following Tuesday and set the expectation that it would be repaired during my lunch hour. He called again Monday to confirm and his repair people arrived Tuesday as planned, prepared and able to fix my door as stated. Within 20 minutes my glass was back in the frame and new rollers were installed. Professional courteous and within budget! Highly recommend.
