I only spoke with him on the phone after he called in to see about coming to my home to provide service on my sliding door. He was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions over the phone, promptly set up an appointment for a free estimate and went above and beyond what was asked of him. Before arriving to give an estimate he researched products needed to be installed to make sure he knew about products. He installed a baby safety gate to our banister and repaired the banister at no extra charge. He mounted window guards to our bedroom window that had blinds covering our window. The blinds were in the way of the guards, he moved them out to make room for guards. Beautiful job, you can't tell he moved blinds. We've already asked him to come back for more repairs.
