Second Estimate(after I requested another job on the phone) mentioned several other jobs that could be done at the same time. Did a thorough job, cleaned up very well afterward. Erica (in office) kept in contact and was helpful, gave us a reasonable price estimate and later, a discount. Completion took several hours longer than I expected, workman left without a word on two occasions. I will likely call them again, but will make sure they try to give me a more accurate timeframe so that I don't lose hours from work.

I would give a higher rating but I'm waiting to have a couple of small discrepancies taken care of and I will adjust the rating accordingly afterword.
