Some mix-up on scheduling time - but arrived an hour after I had expected. Worked efficiently - left no mess. Rainy day - nothing on carpet and moved back patio furniture. Windows are installed perfectly. Will see how they continue with ice and snow.

Made a general assessment of the problem on first phone contact & provided a possible solution. Made a timely appointment. Showed up on time and made a repair. There was a minor adjustment problem that developed after he left and he returned in a very reasonable time period (next work day). Again, he called first and came by on time. He made the adjustment to the door. I liked his professionalism and would highly recommend him.
