Easy to get in contact with, showed up on time, very friendly. They explained what was wrong instead of just fixing it and billing me, which I appreciated it. They also charged exactly how much they said they were going to, and gave me the receipt for items purchased. Their hourly service charge was comparable to most in their field. They were also very friendly to my dogs. This was one of the rare great experiences with an independent contractor!

The screen door repair was, at first, not what I had intended (different material) but the owner was exceptionally accommodating and made a replacement the very next business day after my callback.
