Some wrong-sized and/or wrong-oriented sliders delivered. Don't know where the screwup was. Installation included use of large quarter-round moldings, which interefered with hurricane panels until changed. Due to having to reorder units, job took over one month to complete.

"Don't trust the internet" was not true in my case. A Google search came up with Servicemagic under door repair. They promptly listed 3 contractors in the Tampa area which was followed by a call from Hugh Roberts. He came by the house, spent an hour with us discussing the work we wanted done and made good suggestions on how to improve the job. He completed the
work in a timely and professional manner. I weighted his experience, communication, directness and attitude in deciding. He did a very good job.
