NOVA Exteriors was an excellent choice and I am very happy with the final result. The sales person was friendly, on time and did not did not attempt high pressure sales tactics as some other companies I got estimtes from did. The installation crew was once again right on time and did a great job. They were very respectfull of my home, worked steadly, and cleaned everything up in the end. The new sliding glass door is beautiful. The new door is a great improvement over my old leaking door. There is a definate improvement in keeping the heat in and the cold out. We recently had Nova Exteriors replace our sliding patio door. They replaced another sliding door for us 2 years ago. They did a wonderful job last time! This time in the beginning they had unexpected difficulty with installation because the door manufacturer seemed to make a door with a little defect in the handle. Dave, the manager and Niels, the technician, together worked very hard and finally they did a great job although it was unfortunately delayed. We are satisfied with the quality they made. I highly recommend NOVA Exteriors!
