I was contacted almost as soon as I put in the request by Mr. Firek. He offered to come the following day and give me an estimate. He showed up on time. We walked around the house, found more than one soffit that needed to be replaced, and he gave me an estimate on the spot. Inasmuch as I had had that sort of thing done once before, I knew that I was getting a fair price. He was unable to start on Saturday; Monday at 0900 he showed up with a couple of paint swatches; we picked one; he traveled to Home Depot, got the paint, started here. After a long day, he was finished (about
4:30) but we found one spot that really needed to be re-done, so he returned the subsequent day, re-did that one area, and finished by noon.
We were pleased that he cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work.
I would hire him again in a heartbeat; he's pleasant, industrious, and the charges are fair. I will also recommend him to friends.
