At this point in time, we've just made our selection and order, so I'll want to comment after our product install. Very impressed with our salesperson who didn't make us get the full "hard sell" pitch when I informed him where we were in our education of door projects. The salesperson had some good suggestions for solving our unique circumstances using his experience in construction. While we were really only "window shopping" at this time planning ahead for a spring project, we felt comfortable moving up our exterior door projects to the present.

The salesman was very high pressure, but I could see the value in the product. The installation crew was prompt and courteous. They put drop cloths on the floor. I had already covered furniture that could not be moved out of the room. They were very efficient. The window had to be cut out to accomodate the new door. They were very careful and worked well with my electrician, who was there to re-route the electrical line for the wall outlets. They cleaned up well, and explained the warranty. The door is beautiful!
