The staff were very professional and made every effort to be accomadating but due to poor weather the installation date had to be moved back several times. The new door looks great though, and they finshed the installation in record time once they were able to come out!

The success of any business is communications with the customer and PWHI dropped the ball in this department. We have not heard from them since we sent them their money even though they promised a "30 day followup" for any problems. They also did not respond to our repeated requests for a cost breakdown for our project. However, the team that actually installed the siding did a superb job.
