Our project consisted of 2 patio door replacements. Even though the entire process took longer than anticipated, we found Eric and Jim to be quite competent and extremely efficient from beginning to end. They were quite mindful with cleanup and worked smoothly together. The only problem we had was the timely replacement promised by Parr Lumber & an Anderson rep regarding one set of panels that were marred and substandard. The promised 2 week turnaround came about 6 weeks later, but only after several firm & blazing phone calls to 3 Parr Lumber employees. I would definitely consider hiring Outside Renovations for future projects.
