Roc, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable. His demo with the heat lamp convinced us that we did not need to look further. He coordinated every step of the way and the whole project went smoothly. Gary, our installer, was exceptionally considerate and planned his work to make least disruptions for my disabled mom. He worked hard, did not take breaks and got the job done quickly. He cleaned the area well and the installation far exceeded our expectations. We can't be more thrilled with the results of the products and the installation work. Highly recommended without reservation.

We are still in the bidding process of our project. However, I give 5 Stars to the communication skills and response of (MItch Smith at Technology Builders). His price is high at this point compared to others. Still waiting on other bids to come in before making our final decision.
