I submitted a request to replace my skylights in 2008. Soon after, I received 3 bids from local contractors to do the work. Each of them scheduled an appointment to review the proposed work site and each submitted an estimate. Due to some health issues, the work had to be postponed.

A year later, I reviewed 2 of the written estimates and decided I would go with William Arsenault, Contracting, LLC.

1) His estimate was done in a complete and professional package.
2) When I contacted him in July of 2009, he remembered the job and politely scheduled a revisit to my home to go over the work again.
3) He honored the estimate from 2008.

During his meeting with me, Bill indicated that this was his busy time of the year, however, he told me my work would be at most a 2 day job and he would put me on the schedule. He kept to his word, called me when he had the new skylights and would be there, depending on the weather, the following week. Bill, not only kept to that schedule, as he had told me at our meeting the skylights would be installed in a day, which they were and he also removed all of the old debris from the property. His team not only cleaned up after themselves, they were friendly and courteous to work with. I would give Bill Arsenault, Contracting, LLC 5 stars and recommend him to anyone who is planning to have roof work or any other type of contracting work completed. I know I am planning to use him again to replace and repair a door. Thank you again Bill for a job well done.
