Do not use Maggio Roofing if you require a call from your professional at any point in the process, or if you wish to receive a call when your service has been cancelled or rescheduled - it simply will not happen. Also, do not anticipate returned phone calls at least until the third or fourth message.
Although the job itself was great, we were rescheduled three times, TWICE WITHOUT MY BEING NOTIFIED. After the second day of waiting at my home with no phone call, my salesperson did call me to set a time that they DID keep.
All in all, a D- for customer service.
