We needed damaged and missing shingles replaced with the understanding that this was only a patch job for the time being, as well as killing exsiting moss on the roof.
Cascade's office manager responded within minutes of my email request for service. Mr. Gervais arrived within a few hours and provided a free verbal estimate followed by a corresponding written estimate via email the same day. We made an appointment for service and Cascade's roofing tech, Mr. Alvarado, arrived on time and handled the job professionally. We were so pleased the service that we will call on Cascade when it is time for a new roof installation this summer.
