We had an excellent experience with LKD Flooring. We had the opportunity to work with Brian who was very willing to work with our schedule and had excellent customer service. During the installation, a pipe broke off of our only usable toilet. We contacted Brian and he dropped what he was doing to make a Home Depot run and brought us the part needed right away. The installation of both the tile and the laminate is beautiful. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

The consulation and installation went off without a hitch. The end result looked very nice. The job clean-up and follow-up consultation could have been more thorough, but the left over mess was cleaned-up pretty quick once I brought it to their attention. I would hire this company again.

Did a good job. Generally quick response times. Quality of work was excellent and the floor looks outstanding. A & E was professional in appearance and communication. Could improve on meeting time lines, arrived much later than specified. Do not schedule time around when they are expected to be there. Overall very satisfied and would hire again.
