I am an electrical engineer. My water heater stopped working in the morning of Thanksgiving Day last Thursday. We were having a major meal on Friday the following day with some of our kids flying across the continent to stay with us. I thought I needed a new upper element but knew I could not get one on Thanksgiving. David Miller came to our rescue and was able to diagnose the problem properly - a poor electrical connection, something an electrical engineer should have found. So thats the story, local plumber trumps electrical engineer. A good man who didn't even rub it in.

Unquestionably the most professional, honest and competent plumbing job I have observed in a long time. Kevin and Scott arrived promptly and were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and communicated very well about the problem. The job was a bit larger than expected because of an unnotioced extra problem, but was completed perfectly and well within the time estimated.
I wouild unhesitatingly recommend these two people for any plumbing job.
