They were very friendly and were willing to work with my budge. Jared, the owner, even took the time to explain to me over the phone any possible problems that may had been causing my garbage disposal not to work. He even looked into replacing parts instead of the entire unit, but I ultimately had to replace the unit...at least he gave me multiple options. The other people automatically wanted to say they needed to replace the unit before looking at it. this company looked at ALL options that were in my best interest. I have already passed along their business card to a friend. They did a great job and went the extra mile!

Install or Replace a Water Heater in 84123
Jared with Big City Plumbiing called me we set up a time for a bid and Jared was on time and ready
and prepared to bid the work I wanted done. After receiving several bids I awarded Jared with the
work. There again he showed up on time and prepared. Jared was very professional, and answered all my questions. While he was there I had him do a few other outstanding jobs that I needed to get done. The price he quoted me at the time of the bid was exactly the total price including those few other jobs that I had Jared do. Yes I would use Jared again and also recommnend his company to my friends and family. Thanks.
