The contract I received said there was no deposit but they required a deposit. I asked why and nobody ever got back to me. Before the job was completed I received a call asking for me to pay the balance. I told them the job wasn't completed and they had no idea it was going to take another three days for it to be completed. These two things were disturbing to me.

Being told that you have to replace your main sewer line is a stressful experience, especially when you find out how much it costs. Benjamin Franklin plumbing made this experience as painless as possible. They did everything exactly the way they said they would and on time. The price was fair; the people were easy to talk to. I hope I never have to replace a sewer line again but if I did, I would hire Benjamin Franklin.
