Because they were aware of the time-sensitive nature of our job, they contacted us weekly to keep us up to date on how the process was going, and as soon as the town allowed them they completed the project. They ran into some complications on our property, but worked with us, our neighbors, and the town to get the job done to everyone's satisfaction. We recommend them very highly.

Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe in 02054
Aside from a scheduling delay due to a late start, I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the service repairs. An additional day was needed for project completion because of another customer's emergency request. The plumber was very polite and courteous and did a nice job on my 3 cellar projects (sewer pipe repair, outside faucet repair, sump pump re-route). I would recommend Advanced Energy Concepts.

Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe in 01588
The job was done right with no leaks- we were satisfied with the job.
What we were dissatisfied with was that they did not have 1 part and the man left and took 1 hour to get the part,( having a hardware store 5 minutes from our house). The part that he got would have been standard PVC pipe for a sewer line for in the house or 2 standard angle pieces, parts that the hardware store would have. We had to pay for 2 1/2 hours of work that took 1 1/2 hours and 1 hour for him to drive to get the part. These are the types of things that discourage us from hiring out.
