Greg was very diligent in meeting a lot of "challenges" that occur when working under an "older" home. He was extremely patient and tested to make sure that all of the pipes work working properly before he left. It was a long, tedious day with little space to work in. He also suggested that I call an exterminator when he discovered black widow spider nests under the house, that could be a huge problem this spring. This was done, and I appreciate his calling this to my attention.

They were a little late but that was no problem. They called 1/2 hour ahead to say they would be late.
I was told they are a little expensive from friends, but during the job it poured rain and they got all wet, but kept on working. I would hire them again.

Rod Sanchez and Brian were excellent. I wish I had used Servicemagic in the past to find him sooner. I used the bigger name company before and each time a new person showed up and they were not that personable and the cost was much higher and the quality much lower. Rod and Brian did quality work and they were very polite. I will not consider using anyone else in the future. I found the best.
