Their biggest advantage was their low price - quite a bit lower than the competitive esitmates. But they didn't restore the lawn after installing the sewer clean out. Instead there's a giant (8x6 foot, 3 foot high) pile of dirt and clay next to my front walk. They said "it will sink in a couple of months." Perhaps that's the difference in the estimates. And even though they'd sent a camera through the sewer before digging, they waited until the lawn was dug up to insist I also needed $7500 of additional sewer replacement work (which I declined). The new cleanout seems fine, but caveat emptor.
