A difficult job involving the removal of a 1940's cast iron oil-fired boiler, the installation of a new gas-fired boiler and a z-flex chimney liner, and the re-routing of a radiator pipe had me anxious about a one-day completion. Wasted worry! When the removal took longer than expected, Robert called 2 more of his men... With 4 trucks and 6 highly skilled, professional and quite capable workers who seemed to love their work, the entire job was neatly wrapped up 5:30.
Robert did a lot of research during the bidding process; I was impressed with his candor and willingness to explore alternative options. A bonus: he had the best bid!
