Terry Installed a clean out pipe outside & cleared sewer. Courteous, Helpful, and super FAST. Did everything promised. Inspector remarked "great job." Definitely would hire again!
11 AM SM Request - Responded quickly, estimate scheduled for 12:30 PM!
He diagnosed the problem that I anticipated and suggested the best place to address the problem. Also, he found something that the first contractor had screwed up and fixed it for me. He offered a contract for a flat rate about $100 less than others - the flat rate including permit fee and the work with no strings attached for unforeseen problems. Work urgent but not an emergency, yet the work was started immediately and completed by quitting time. Inspection and follow up done first thing in AM. Whole job done approximately 22 hours after request placed. Total work time after JULIE marked spots for no digging - 4-5 hours, and the follow up done 2-2.5 hours.
The roots that were pulled out (exactly where he said) looked like a cork taking on the exact shape of the pipe they came out of!
