I give CMC a 4 rather than 5 only because the last part of the job is waiting to be finished only because of an equipment repair. For me, the work they did was efficient, effective, and the men were cordial. They answered all of my questions when I needed them asked, and Greg was responsive to my calls. In fact, he put together some alternative solutions for me that included additional work from their company and some options that didn't give them more work. This was a nice bonus to have someone who seemed to be more interested in the success of my project than just padding their 'bottom line.'

Clean Out a Sewer in 19090

cleaned my main drain, was reluctant to guarantee but did give me two weeks
when the employee billed me, i reminded him about the guarantee, he stated they usually don't guarantee and when he couldn't get in touch with mike he said ok I'll write the guarantee on the bill.

I had other plumbing work for them to do he stated he would have someone out on Friday ( day after thanksgiving), He never showed. I called on Saturday, Mike stated they were off for the holidays and scheduled for Monday but never showed. They cleaned my drain but follow up was not good, I hope I don't have to call them back about my drain, I'm not sure the would show up
