He was very professiona and came within 40 minutes of my call, 4:30pm. My hot water heater was replaced by 7pm and running perfectly. He kept everything very neat and clean. His price was 1/3 lower than one of the others I had contacted. I will definitely keep his card and pass it on.

Scott was very prompt, courteous, and extrememly knowledgeable. He made a suggestion on my installation I had not thought about, but was both completely logical and highly beneficial. Scott performed additional work to facilitate the suggestion at no additional charge as well as other things such as replacing an inferior valve with a new one, again at no charge.
He earned my highest respect and I will use only him for any future plumbing needs. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
