I did not need my line cleared. What I needed was a backflow valve put into the sewer line to stop any sewer water from coming back up the pipes during heavy rains. Tom called me himself the night I put in the request and I told him what I wanted and he made sure he got what I asked for. He came in and did the project all in one day, even though the pipe was deeper then anyone thought. Tom is a professional by his manner and in dealing with the job to get it done.
