Drain Pros

Clean Out a Sewer in 60104

Drain Pro arrived within the specified time frame. He was customer service orient type of guy. He solved my drain problem with my basement and kitchen sink drain. He completed the project under a 1/2 hour without having to cut into my pipes which would have resulted in a higher bill. I will use the service again.

Clean Out a Sewer in 60302

I was not present when the work was completed. No call to me to explain project status. Called business, was given project results.
Easy to work with in regards to payment options. Received email to enroll in their maintenance program which is good.

Clean Out a Sewer in 60133

Jason was very punctual and did a quality job. Clean up was commendable as well

Details:
Washer drain line was backing up
I had suspected roots in the main line, since the access to mainline was accessible I figured I might get the main line rodded first
Main line was rodded and since problem persisted Jason rodded the washer line. The line could not be opened up after rodding and there were leaks at the coupling point (where it joins the main sewer line) Jason went ahead and changed the metal drain line with a PVC line for the washer drain. No more back ups! Also had a toilet installed in basement.
