Very pleased. I thought my sewer line needed to be snaked for roots, but the plumber indicated that it is most likely my floor drain (old and cruddy). He snaked it 4 times and water was flowing again. He was courteous, called to let me know he was on his way, and the cost was less than I expected. I will definitely call them again, especially with a 60 year old house, I'm sure I'll need to.
