His work was very good, and his rates were reasonable. Since he charges 1-way for his 1 hour travel time from New Hampshire, it might not be the best deal for a very small job (like unclogging a drain) but for larger jobs, his reasonable hourly rate might more than make up for the travel charge. I will use him again and will recommend him to my friends.

Mike responded promptly to request, completed job on time, his price was lower than any one else for same bolier. He obtained permit and call ed city inspector who has already come. Job was done according to city specifications. My only complain was his excessive persistance to get the job. His frequent calls were annoying.
