Jeff was very friendly, prompt, and honest. He suggested a no-cost solution that worked and saved us from spending unnecessarily! I will definitely call him the next time I have a problem. His assistant was also great about scheduling and following up on appointments.

They did a good job cleaning out the blockage in the pipes on Friday. A day and a half later, Sunday, the pipes were backing up again. They did cut me a break and didn't charge the weekend fee, but I think they should have done it for free since the blockage was so soon after the initial.
