Simple request, but couldn't get it right - had to return to complete it. HOWEVER.....they were very responsive - both with the initial service request and with regard to rectifying the problems promptly and professionally and to our satisfaction. ServiceMagic is a good service and A & A is well qualified and anxious to do the right thing for the customer.
