We had the problem on Christsmas. On Friday Dec 26 at 8 AM Jeff came to inspect the problem. By Monday Morning he had gotten all the permits and he was ready to work. He was prompt, explained step by step whar he was doing. And he promised to come back in the spring to(when the ground is not frozen) to finish the yard.
We are very happy with him, and would strongly reccommend him.
